El arquitecto italiano Renato Vidal ha diseñado un nuevo concepto de vivienda que podría ser la casa del futuro. Son los llamados hogares M.A.Di: se construyen en 6 horas, cuestan a partir de 30 Mil dólares y si quieres luego mudarte ¡puedes llevarla contigo! Es portátil!
Estas casas del futuro cuentan con instalaciones de cocina, baño, sala de estar con escalera, calefacción central y aire acondicionado. Según cuentan los creadores de esta innovadora idea, se trata de un alojamiento ideal para solteros y familias, y solo hacen falta seis horas para construirla.
Y te preguntaras ¿puedo modificar o ampliar la casa? La respuesta es Sí! Te ofrecen la posibilidad de agregar más módulos para aumentar el espacio por un precio de 18 Dólares cada uno.
Durante los 10 días próximos al acuerdo de venta se elaboran los diseños y 60 días después de aceptar estos se produce la entrega definitiva de la casa.
